Application and API Usage Notice

1. Scope

This Application and API Usage Notice applies to all digital products, source code packages, Flutter applications, backend files, API integrations, private endpoints, license keys, activation systems, documentation, update files, demo materials, and related services supplied by FLUTTER CRAFTERS LTD unless a product-specific license says otherwise.

This notice forms part of our Terms of Service, Support Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product page, invoice, license key, custom invoice, or written agreement connected to your purchase.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property. FLUTTER CRAFTERS LTD and its licensors retain all rights in the source code, app structure, backend architecture, API design, documentation, designs, demos, proprietary integrations, license systems, update systems, and related materials.

You receive only the limited usage rights expressly granted for the purchased product. No rights are granted by implication. If a use is not clearly allowed by your product license, product page, invoice, or written permission from us, you must ask before using it.

3. Standard License Grant

Unless a product page or written license says otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product for one licensed project, app, domain, client project, or business use stated on the product page or order.

You may modify the purchased source code only for your own licensed project. Modifications do not give you ownership of the original product, architecture, codebase, APIs, or derivative product files based on our work.

4. Authorized Users

You may allow your employees or contractors to access the product only when they are working directly on your licensed project and only to the extent needed for that project. You are responsible for their actions and must ensure they keep the files confidential and comply with this notice.

You must not share product files, private repositories, license keys, API credentials, update files, or documentation with the public, unrelated clients, competitors, marketplaces, resellers, file-sharing services, or unauthorized developers.

5. API and Backend Usage

Any API access, backend integration, private endpoint, activation check, update service, license server, or proprietary integration supplied with a product is licensed only for the approved product and licensed project. API access is not sold as a standalone service unless we expressly agree in writing.

You must not use our APIs, backend systems, private endpoints, or license services to power unrelated apps, competing products, SaaS platforms, resold services, bulk automation, scraping, cloned products, or third-party customer projects outside the purchased license.

6. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are prohibited unless we give prior written permission:

• Reselling, sublicensing, renting, leasing, sharing, publishing, leaking, uploading, or redistributing our source code, app files, backend files, APIs, license keys, documentation, demos, or update files.
• Publishing the product or any substantial part of it on GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, public forums, private resale groups, code marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or similar platforms.
• Using one license for multiple unrelated apps, domains, clients, SaaS projects, white-label products, or commercial products beyond the purchased license scope.
• Creating, promoting, selling, or distributing cloned, derivative, competing, or marketplace products based on our applications, source code, architecture, APIs, backend systems, or proprietary integrations.
• Extracting, copying, studying for replication, reverse engineering, or reusing our application architecture, backend architecture, API design, database structure, license system, or integration logic outside the licensed project.
• Removing, bypassing, disabling, altering, or attacking license checks, activation systems, update restrictions, copyright notices, ownership notices, security controls, or usage limits.
• Using our source code, documentation, private APIs, or product files to train, fine-tune, prompt, or build AI systems, code-generation models, competing tools, datasets, or automated code products without written permission.
• Using our product files or APIs for malware, phishing, spam, fraud, unlawful surveillance, copyright infringement, platform abuse, or activity that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

7. Marketplaces, Resale, and White-Label Use

You may not list, sell, repackage, or distribute our products on marketplaces, app template stores, source-code stores, freelance platforms, social media groups, Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, forums, or private reseller networks.

White-label, agency, multi-client, extended commercial, SaaS, reseller, or marketplace use requires a separate written license from FLUTTER CRAFTERS LTD before any deployment, sale, promotion, or delivery to a third party.

8. Client Projects and Contractors

If you buy a product for a client project, the license applies only to that specific client project unless the product page or invoice says otherwise. You may not reuse the same product files for other clients or future projects without a new license or written permission.

Contractors may work on your licensed project, but they do not receive independent rights to reuse, resell, publish, or keep the product files for unrelated work.

9. Custom Services and Paid Extensions

Custom development, paid installation, setup, deployment, extended API access, multi-domain use, additional app licenses, agency use, or private integration work must be requested separately and agreed in writing. A custom invoice or service request does not automatically grant reseller, marketplace, SaaS, or unlimited reuse rights unless those rights are expressly written into the agreement.

10. Third-Party Code and Services

Some products may include or connect to third-party packages, SDKs, APIs, open-source libraries, themes, payment providers, Firebase, app stores, hosting platforms, or external services. Those third-party components may have their own licenses, terms, fees, limits, and usage rules. You are responsible for complying with those rules.

This notice covers our own intellectual property and license terms. It does not transfer ownership of third-party software or give you rights that third-party providers do not allow.

11. Security, Tokens, and Access Credentials

You are responsible for protecting license keys, API keys, tokens, private repositories, server credentials, payment secrets, Firebase keys, app signing keys, and other sensitive data. Do not publish secrets inside public repositories, public apps, screenshots, support messages, or shared files.

If we believe a license key, API credential, token, or product file has been leaked, abused, resold, or used outside the license scope, we may suspend, rotate, revoke, or restrict access while we investigate.

12. Monitoring and License Protection

We may use technical and manual measures to protect our products, including license activation checks, domain or installation checks, API usage logs, download logs, update access logs, fraud checks, and review of suspected misuse. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

You must not attempt to hide unauthorized use, bypass usage checks, spoof domains, share activation data, or interfere with monitoring and license protection systems.

13. Updates, Support, and Access

Updates, support, downloads, and API access may depend on your account status, payment status, product license, support period, and compliance with this notice. We may deny updates, support, downloads, or API access if a license is refunded, disputed, charged back, expired, abused, shared, leaked, or used outside scope.

14. Enforcement

Unauthorized use may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Suspension or termination of license access, downloads, updates, support, API access, or related services.
• Revocation or restriction of license keys, activation records, API credentials, or update access.
• Removal requests, takedown notices, marketplace reports, payment-provider reports, or hosting-provider reports.
• Refusal of future sales, service requests, support, or custom work.
• Legal claims for breach of contract, copyright infringement, misuse of confidential information, damages, costs, and other remedies available under applicable law.

15. Reporting Misuse

If you discover leaked files, unauthorized resale, cloned products, public repositories, fake licenses, or misuse of our applications, source code, APIs, or backend systems, please report it through the support portal with links, screenshots, seller details, and any relevant evidence.

16. Permission Requests

If you need rights beyond your current license, contact us before deployment, resale, client delivery, API extension, multi-domain use, SaaS use, marketplace listing, or public distribution. Permission must be written and signed or clearly confirmed by FLUTTER CRAFTERS LTD through an official support or invoice channel.
