Contracting company
Store Flutter Crafters is operated by FLUTTER CRAFTERS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17289603. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. This address is for legal correspondence only; customer support is handled online through our support portal.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service apply when you access our website, create an account, purchase a digital product, download source code, request a service, use a license key, submit payment proof, or contact support. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the website, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Support Policy, and Application and API Usage Notice.
If a product page, invoice, custom agreement, or written license includes specific terms for a product or service, those specific terms apply in addition to these terms. If there is a conflict, the more specific written terms apply for that product or service.
2. Our Products and Services
We sell digital products such as Flutter source code, mobile app templates, UI kits, backend-related files, documentation, license keys, updates, add-ons, and custom digital services where offered. Product descriptions, compatibility notes, demo links, screenshots, included files, support duration, and license scope form part of the information you should review before purchase.
You are responsible for checking that a product fits your project, technical stack, server environment, app store requirements, third-party service accounts, API needs, and development skill level before buying. Demos and screenshots are provided to help you evaluate the product, but third-party APIs, platform rules, operating systems, stores, hosting panels, SDKs, and payment providers may change after purchase.
3. Accounts and Security
- You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details, two-factor settings, license keys, downloads, and support access secure.
- You must not share your account, license keys, private downloads, support access, or purchased files with unauthorized users.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, license misuse, security abuse, or breach of these terms.
4. Orders, Prices, and Payments
- Prices, discounts, taxes, gateway fees, and currency conversions may vary depending on the checkout method and customer location.
- Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as PayPal, card processors, wallet providers, crypto networks, or manual verification methods.
- We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Card and PayPal details are handled by the relevant payment provider.
- Crypto, wallet, bank, custom invoice, or gift card payments may require manual review before a product is activated.
- If you submit a Binance gift card or another gift card code for verification, product access is provided only after our team confirms that the code is valid, unused, and covers the required amount.
- External websites used to buy gift cards, crypto, or payment instruments are independent services and are governed by their own terms, fees, and privacy policies.
5. Digital Delivery and Cancellation
Most products are delivered digitally through account access, downloads, license keys, email, or manual activation after payment verification. For instant digital delivery, you may be asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand your 14-day cancellation right may be lost once the download, access, license activation, or digital supply begins.
This does not remove your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied correctly, you may have legal remedies. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a review, repair, replacement, access fix, or refund where applicable.
6. License to Use Purchased Digital Products
Unless a product page or written license says otherwise, purchasing a product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for one licensed project, app, domain, client project, or business use as stated on the product page or order. You do not buy ownership of our intellectual property.
You may modify source code for your licensed project. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, share, leak, publish, upload, or redistribute our source code, product files, license keys, private APIs, documentation, or backend components.
- Use one license for multiple unrelated projects, apps, domains, or clients unless your license expressly allows it.
- Package our product as a competing template, source-code marketplace product, SaaS starter kit, or downloadable code product.
- Remove copyright, license, security, telemetry, activation, or ownership notices where they are required by the product license.
- Reverse engineer private infrastructure, bypass license checks, attack APIs, scrape private resources, or attempt unauthorized access.
7. Support
Support is provided according to the Support Policy and the support period shown on the product page or order. Support usually covers guidance, bug review, installation questions, and issues related to the original product files. Unless stated otherwise, support does not include custom feature development, full installation service, server management, redesign, third-party account setup, app store submission, or changes outside the original product scope.
Important support, payment, refund, license, and dispute messages should be submitted through our support portal so there is a written record: https://support.fluttercrafters.com/support.
8. Refunds, Repairs, and Replacements
Refunds and remedies are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Because our products are digital, access to downloads, license keys, source code, or activated services can affect cancellation rights. We may first try to repair, replace, re-send access, provide installation guidance, or correct a product issue before approving a refund where the law allows.
Refund requests should include the order number, product name, issue description, screenshots, error logs, server/app details, and steps to reproduce the problem. Chargebacks or disputes opened without contacting support may delay resolution and may lead to account or license restrictions while the matter is reviewed.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- You must use products lawfully and in line with the license terms.
- You are responsible for backups, deployment decisions, server security, third-party API accounts, app store compliance, and any modifications you make.
- You must not use our products for malware, phishing, spam, fraud, illegal content, rights infringement, or activity that harms customers, third parties, or our systems.
- You must not make false payment claims, submit fake proof, reuse gift card codes, abuse referral or wallet systems, or attempt to obtain products without valid payment.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Products may rely on third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, app stores, APIs, Firebase, social login providers, analytics, messaging services, support tools, or crypto networks. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing, approval decisions, security incidents, or feature changes.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, product files, source code, documentation, branding, designs, demos, private APIs, backend systems, and related materials are owned by FLUTTER CRAFTERS LTD or our licensors unless clearly stated otherwise. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You must not misuse the website or products. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, scraping private data, automated abuse, license bypassing, reselling products without permission, sharing paid files publicly, impersonation, harassment, fraud, payment abuse, or using our products in a way that breaches law or third-party rights.
13. Availability, Updates, and Changes
We may update the website, products, pricing, support processes, payment options, security controls, and policies from time to time. We try to keep product information accurate, but minor errors, compatibility changes, or outdated screenshots may happen. Material product details should be reviewed on the product page before purchase, and you can contact support if you need clarification.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, app store rejection, third-party service failure, hosting issues, customer modifications, or business interruption. Where liability can be limited, our total liability for a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order.
15. Termination and Access Restrictions
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts, downloads, license activations, support, wallet features, or services if we reasonably believe there is fraud, security risk, unpaid amounts, chargeback abuse, license violation, illegal activity, or breach of these terms. Where practical, we will allow you to contact support to resolve the issue.
16. Privacy
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence. If a dispute arises, please contact us first through the support portal so we can try to resolve it with a written record. If a court claim is necessary, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
